For today’s review I will be going over a classic Clamp Meter from Amprobe. The Amprobe ACD-51NAV is a CAT IV 600A TRMS Clamp Meter used for maintenance and spot checking purposes.

This unit measures up to 1000V and can handle power measurements as well as THD (Total Harmonics Distortion) and Individual Harmonics. The Navigator clamp allows for non-contact voltage detection as well as measuring Inrush currents.

The Amprobe ACD-51NAV is lightweight and easy to operate with a very clear digital screen. For any technicians who do some HVAC work this clamp meter will also measure temperature with adapter and read DC Micro Amps.

The Amprobe ACD-51NAV Clamp Meter is a great tool to have in any plant or added to any maintenance team to save costs and eliminate downtown from broken down equipment.
